These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"), operated by SpaceHyena ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the App.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    2. By using our App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

  2. Use of the App

    3. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

    You agree not to:

    • Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform the App or any part thereof.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
    • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

  3. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

    4. Our App may display advertisements served by third-party services such as Google AdMob. These services may collect certain data as outlined in our Privacy Policy to deliver personalized or contextual ads.

    We do not control the content or policies of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party ads or links are solely between you and the third party, and we are not responsible for any consequences that arise.

  4. In-App Purchases

    5. The App may offer optional in-app purchases through platforms such as the App Store or Google Play.

    All purchases are final and handled by the respective platform's payment system. We do not manage refunds directly.

  5. Intellectual Property

    6. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including source code, design elements, artwork, text, and branding — are owned by SpaceHyena, except where otherwise indicated.

    The App is built using a modified version of the Godot Engine, which is licensed under the MIT License.

    You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the App or its branding in a way that suggests you are affiliated with or endorsed by us, unless you have obtained prior written permission.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    7. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

    • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
    • Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
    • Any content obtained from the App.
    • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

    The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    8. We make no warranty that:

    • The App will meet your requirements.
    • The App will be available uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
    • The results that may be obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable.
    • Any errors in the App will be corrected.

    You use the App at your own risk.

  8. Changes to the Terms

    9. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we may notify you within the app or by other means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  9. Termination

    10. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

  10. Governing Law

    11. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
